This is a commission piece I did for a friend who is 100% obessessed with Dr. horrible and NPH...and who can blame her? NPH is the man!

I just cant help to wonder what happened to his buddy Vinnie from doogie houser...where is he now?  what is he up to? oh well...enjoy!
