CHEETAH GIRL

This is a piece I did for my friends birthday...she wanted a cheetah girl..she got this! lol!
I think I have come a long way with women in my art. it seems like most artists either do really cool guys and not so good girls or super hot girls, and weak guys...I wanna be awesome at both...so it is a constant battle to get better! I now feel the need to yell YO JOE! ;) ...that is all.

RANDOM SKETCHES...

If there is one thing I love most about drawing comics, it is meeting fans and doing sketches for people! (believe it or not)
there is a definite satisfaction to someone really enjoying something you have just created for them...or maybe I love the wildness of a convention where it is going fast and furious...perhaps I always wanted to be a short order cook or something...anyways these are a few examples of the kind of quick sketch you will get out of me at a signing/con...with an extra bonus of colors/inks from my pals Ryan Cody and James Hiralez...enjoy!

MOON KNIGHT

Here are some samples I did of Moon Knight, off a marvel test script...very fun! learned how much I love the look of "Marvels Batman" he is one of the more criminally under used characters in the Marvel universe...although, that recent Huston/Finch run was pretty cool...and who can forget him as a member of the west coast avengers...no? yeah uh...me neither :/

Secret Project...

thought I would put a "spotlight" on another project I have in the cooker...can't say too much on this at the moment...but I promise to have lots of updates soon...what I can say is it is an idea I had kicking around, fleshed out with my pal Marat Mychaels (Brigade, Shatterstar) and Mark Poulton (Koni Waves)...

anybody who knows me knows that I am am a huuuuge video game fanatic...
I own more then 10 retro video game systems...
my all time favorite company is Capcom!
I love fighting games, and they have made some of the best 2D fighters ever!
I have based a lot of my drawing style around the amazing artists at Capcom...
such as Akiman and Bengus...so when I heard that Udon was putting out a tribute book
for Darkstakers, well I had an excuse to draw some of my favorite Characters!
as I figured with so many artist/fans of Capcom the turnout was huge, over 2000 entries!
alas did not make the cut...but still I was a blast to do! colors by Bill Mitchel

GREEN GOBLIN commission

Hey guys! this is a commission I did a bit ago...loves me some green goblin! always my favorite spidey villain! not sure if its the glider, the pumpkin bombs, or the sweet mask...and no not the really lame jet jaguar/power ranger one from the movie...
